How do I take care of my jewelry?
Our jewelry has the potential to last a very long time, but this greatly depends on how it is cared for. Below are some recommendations.
- Avoid getting your jewelry wet in the shower or pool.
- Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes and other beauty products that can contain harsh chemicals that may damage the metal and gold plating. We recommend applying your favorite beauty products before putting on your Sarka + Cleo jewelry.
- Store your jewelry in a dry space separate from other accessories. We recommend storing them by using the original earring card until you are ready to wear them.
Do you offer custom orders?
No, we do not.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
All of our jewelry is handmade with primarily bronze or Zamak as the base metal which is then plated in 24K gold or silver.
Do you offer wholesale?

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped from our base in Athens, GA with USPS First Class Mail. We generally ship in 1-3 business days after receiving your order. You will most likely receive your package in 3-5 business days. If you need it to arrive sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. We will send you an email with your tracking information.
Please note that for orders shipped within Georgia, sales tax will be applied to your purchase at check out.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Orders $70+ are eligible for free shipping. Otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of $5 per order.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We will discuss returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If there is any problem with your order, please email us at hello@sarkaandcleo.com. We will do our best to find a solution for you, as it is very important to us that your experience shopping with Sarka + Cleo is a positive one.
